Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
Arrival at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, we will be welcomed by our friendly local guide and transferred to our hotel. In afternoon, we will sit in a cyclo ride around the Old Quarters seeing numerous shops selling silk, jewellery, lacquer ware, antiques…The ride stops at Hoan Kiem Lake where we will take some steps visiting Ngoc Son Temple and then a Water Puppet show in Thang Long Theatre that is nearby the lake. After dinner in nice Halal restaurant, we will be dropped off at the hotel for the night.
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on boat (B, L, D)
Your honeymoon vacation in Vietnam won’t be completed with an overnight cruise in Halong Bay. Savour the delicious seafood, admire the starry sky from sundeck, explore some of Halong’s amazing cave, kayaking in the emerald water are all you can find in this 2-day excursions.
We start from our hotel at 8.30 AM and take 3.5 hours drive to Halong Bay. On arrival at around noon, we will check in our honeymoon cabin and enjoy delicious lunch while the cruise sets sail through several limestone islands, kayaking among the hidden areas of the Bay, swimming at Soi Sim Beach or trekking to the top of the island. Dinner and overnight on boat.
Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Overnight Train to Lao Cai (B, L, D)
Get up early in the morning and start your day with Tai Chi exercises before having breakfast. We then explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the most amazing caves in Halong Bay and passing through Ba Hang Fishing village, Dog Islet and more. Watch the cooking demonstration and enjoying lunch before cruising back to the pier and find our car to take us back to Hanoi. In the evening, our car will take us to Hanoi Railway Station to board the overnight train to Lao Cai.
Day 4: Sapa – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho Village (B, L, D)
Pick up at Lao Cai Station then we drive to Sapa. After breakfast at a local restaurant, we will hike downhill to Cat Cat Village with stops at a beautiful waterfall and a hydroelectric station. Continue hiking through the rice fields to Y Linh Ho – homes to Black H’mong people. After 3-hour walking, we return to the town and have free time at Sapa town. Our free evening is wandering around the lovely town, seeing ethnic people gather together in the church near Sapa town. Dinner with Sapa’s specialties and spend the night in a hotel.
Day 5: Sapa – Silver Waterfall – Heaven Gate – Bus back to Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast at hotel, we will depart for Silver Waterfall which offers stunning views of surrounding mountains and lust forests. Stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with the local before continue to the Heaven Gate, the highest stretch of road in Vietnam.
Back to the town for lunch and check out, we will in our Express Bus to go back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 9 PM, we will check in the hotel for the night.
Day 6: Hanoi Shopping – Departure (B)
Free time for shopping at the Old Quarters or at leisure until our car arrives to take us to the airport for departure flight. Tour ends.
