Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival, Short City Tour & Water Puppet show
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – My Tho – Ho Chi Minh City
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh Shopping – Departure
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival (D)
On arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, we will be greeted and driven to our hotel in the city center. We then visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, the two sites that we can ignore when we visit the city. Before dinner, we enjoy one hour to enjoy the Water puppet show in the Golden Theatre. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (My Tho) – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
Today, we will drive to the Mekong Delta and take the boat ride on small canals to visit some local cottage industries, fruit orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit, honey tea, and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. Later in the day, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City departure (B)
Free time for shopping at the lively Ben Thanh Market or at leisure until our car arrives to take us to the airport for departure flight. Tour ends.
