Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival (D)

On arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, you will be greeted and driven to our hotel in the city center. Then you will be free to wander around the hustle and bustle city. In the evening, enjoy your dinner at Saigon River Cruise while marveling at this colorful city covered by the dark.

Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Minh City Tour (B, L, D)

In the morning, drive to Cu Chi Tunnels and explore the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. You will also see the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers.

Then return to the city for lunch. After lunch, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, the two sites that you can ignore when we visit the city. The rest of the day will be free for shopping at the lively Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)

Today, drive to the Mekong Delta and take the boat ride on small canals to visit some local cottage industries, fruit orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit, honey tea, and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. Later of the day, return to Ho Chi Minh City for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)

Free time for shopping or at leisure until our car arrives to take you to the airport for departure flight. Your package holiday to Vietnam ends.
