Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, we will be welcomed by our guide and driver then transferred to our hotel. After checking in hotel, we will have 1-hour cyclo ride around the Old Quarter before enjoying 45-minute Water Puppet show at Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour & Firework from Apricot Hotel (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, we will have full day exploring Hanoi capital. We first visit Ho Chi Minh complex with Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh’s simple stilt-house and fish pond, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum. The last stop in the complex is the ancient One-Pillar Pagoda. We then drive to the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam which originally built in 1070.
After lunch at KOTO restaurant that supports for the disadvantage children, we will drive to the Museum of Ethnology which shows full information on 54 distinct groups in Vietnam. The rest of the day will be free time for shopping at the Old Quarter.
In the evening, we will walk to Apricot Hotel, a newly opened 4-star hotel with perfect location of overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy an indulgent International Buffet with over 60 exquisite locals and International dishes with free-flow of wine, beer and soft drink. Get a ticket for the party ‘Fire up for the night’ held at the Rooftop bar of the Apricot hotel for a spectacular firework show on Vietnam’s Independence Day. We spend this memorable day in your hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on boat (B, L, D)
Pick up later than usual at around 8.30 AM, we will take 4-hour drive to Halong Bay – The World Heritage Site of Vietnam and also, one of the most splendid bays in the world. On arrival, we will board our overnight cruise, enjoy a cool Welcome Drink while listening to the cruise briefing given by the Cruise manager.
Check in our cabin and have lunch while cruising towards several limestone islands. In the afternoon, we will kayak among the hidden areas of the Bay, swimming at Soi Sim Beach or trekking to the top of the island. Dinner and overnight on boat.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up early in the morning for moment-catching photo shots and prepare for your energy with a short Tai Chi exercises. After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the most amazing caves in Halong Bay and passing through Ba Hang Fishing village, Dog Islet and more. Watch the cooking demonstration and enjoying lunch before cruising back to the pier and find our car to take us back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi Shopping – Departure (B)
Free time for shopping at the Old Quarters or at leisure until our car arrives to take us to the airport for departure flight. Tour ends.
